Nowadays, almost all economic activities are subject to administrative regulations. The political democratiz tion process that started in the nineties considerably changed the relations between the state and individuals with commercial activities. This context led to greater transparency of the activity of the administrative bodies, and it improved the legal position of individuals towards the state. Administrative law has an increasing impor tance for commercial activities, which manifests itself in a greater legal certainty for companies regarding the decisions of the Government. Today, Mexican and foreign companies have at their disposal a very broad spectrum of administrative and judicial resources for protecting their rights.
